deadlift-- 225x5, 255x3, 285x1, 335x1(20lb PR), 365x1(50lb PR) probably had 10 or 20 lbs more but decided to stop. Got my first “Can you put that weight down quieter” Just gave alittle grin because I by no means was throwing the weight down.

No, just took it easy for about 2 weeks and it went away. From what I read on the internet maybe a pulled muscle in my neck or a blood vessel but I’m just glad its gone.
