Man, nice job on that Peloton ride! Hats off to the hotel for having one. That is interesting that it seemed easier than yours at home. Very cool that about the Pin ball machine as well!
They had a ton of fun ones.
My son, who is a Nintendo Pokémon and Mario junky even had fun playing the “old” pinball machines.

Going to run 531, minus BP for a while. I might add in BP but I doubt I will. The SOHP is enough straight bar for my shoulders. This will add in an extra day of lifting and one less day a week of cardio. My Saturday rides are going to start getting a lot longer in prep for my 100 mile ride in late September so the increase on Saturday will make up for my missed cardio day.
