Shane's Over 35 Shenanigans

Thanks Trent. EDM is electronic dance music. Higher energy stuff that you can kind of zone out too and push. Lots of out of the saddle work today. Not a PR but not to far off from one.

That looked brutal Shane. Nice job! 10-4 on the EDM. I might need to find a different fast paced genre. Ha ha ha…

Going back to weighing in daily. My experiment has failed. I joined carbon by Layne Norton again to track cals that has a “coaching” aspect to it. Should keep me accountable.

That is it. Happy Hump Day!

“Experts” say not to weigh daily, but I find weighing daily is much more precise. Then the average per week. I could be full of crap

The Ab Wheel, one of the plagues of Exodus Moses left out.

Good workout.

Good looking session Shane. It read like a deload until the squats but that’s OK. :joy: Good deal on the calorie counting. Don’t think a calorie coach would do me much good at this point since my wife buys all of the (cough) pasta (cough)… I mean food.

Thanks Trent. My hamstrings were still sore from doing air squats, I figured a couple of heavier singles would loosen them up, and they did.

I hear you on the pasta, but I don’t have an excuse. I cook most of my food. LoL.

Nice job on the PR, but honestly I’m way more impressed with the sled drag! :open_mouth: I would think you would need to hire a team of oxen to pull that thing! Did you spray that carpet down with Pam or something? :joy: Nah, seriously I’m amazed. Great job on both Shane!

Thanks Trent. LoL at the Pam. You might be on to something. This flooring at my new gym must be easier to push across. :man_shrugging:

Thanks Trent. They felt heavier than they should have. I guess I should probably start doing them again.
