Great looking chest session Shane. Very impressive sets and a lot of work overall. Reading your sessions has me thinking about switching it up and isolating different areas on different days again (instead of whole body workouts). Might have to give that a shot on the next cycle.

I should really take a day off on Saturday but the endurance bike ride really isn’t that bad.

I think that is a very flexible schedule. The only thing I would really want to avoid is a long cardio session (bike, etc.) right after legs. Other than that it should be pretty flexible. Looking forward to trying this.
It sure appears that way. Honestly, I kept reading and the rest of that session is just as impressive. Excellent work today Shane! Those dip sets are straight up manly. Looking forward to that 60-min bike ride at 25 mph tomorrow!
