Thanks Trent. Just taking a break from them for a while. Yes, my knee is basically hurting every morning when I get out of bed. I doubt stopping squatting is going to help much but I figure it doesn’t hurt to see if it makes a difference.

Makes sense. If squatting has aggravated it in the past then removing it is worth a shot to see if that provides relief.
