Thanks Trent. IDK if that graduation is going to be this year. I might just stick with these 22KG bells throughout the year. These things are not exactly cheap to buy. LoL.
Kettlebells do tax the wallet. Good looking workout!

Good day today. Snatches are getting better. That 1 Mile KB carry is hard.
If all goes well I found a steal on a pair of competition 24KG bells, 1 mile from my house, for 220 bucks on FB marketplace . Supposed to pick up tonight. ![]()
That would be a hard no for me. ![]()
Great job today Shane. Solid work and I have no clue how you did that KB mile. Sounds like a good way to transport your KB’s home if your truck breaks down on the way back from the store.
Nah, seriously that is super impressive man! Hope you can pick up that pair on FB marketplace! ![]()
Thanks Trent. I was surprised to find these. The 24KG bells in the KB community are a standard and I haven’t seen them pop up since I started getting into KBs. The fact they are that close is almost a no brainer.
Haha. It would really suck to carry those home though. Per hand I would go twice the distance. ![]()

Slept in today so no bike. I will walk a lot today to make up for it.
Used the 24KG bells. They were harder but manageable. We will see how they feel on ABCs.
Man I was hurting just watching that…
The video definitely gives it some more tangibility as to how rough that actually is.
That is some seriously impressive work man. I would think the pounds will start falling off pretty quickly if you keep that up. ![]()
As for the KB’s feeling heavy, have you weighed them? I weighed my black iron plates when I bought them and the 45’s weigh about 50 pounds.
Congrats on the new KB’s BTW! ![]()
I will weigh them tonight. It is just funny how heavy KBs feel when you pick them up. I guess it shouldn’t surprise me, each one of those is heavier than a 45 pound plate. They just feel heavier.
Weighed my new bells. They are dead on 52.8. Accurate to the ounce.
The Titan bells are a little heavier than they should be, not surprising as Titan is known the be a cheaper knock off brand, but at least they are not lighter than expected.
My old 70 pound KB weighed dead on 70 pounds. ![]()
It is amazing how much heavier a 44 lbs. kettlebell weighs when compared to a 40/45 lbs. bag of dog kibble.
