Epic looking Bro Day Shane!
Just some damn good and fun looking sets throughout that session. Finished up with 30 minutes on the bike. Great job man! ![]()
Thanks Trent. Just messing around. LoL.
Saturday Weigh in
Macro factor gave me 1 more calorie per day this week. ![]()
Can’t wait to put it to use.

That’s it. Tough workout. I actually lost one of the bells twice on front squats. Rolled out of the rack position. Fatigue really set in around round 18. This is a good workout.
Spring has spring. My yellow bell bush is blooming. Going to be in the 20s next week though. ![]()
Man, that is a pretty picture. Houston is so ugly.
What a beautiful area!
Thank you. Georgia is a pretty state. I am 5.5 hours from the gulf and an hour from the mountains.
Thank you!
Sunday
Just getting in a little zone 2 to help my total cals burned for the day. Watching Night Agent still.

Went out to eat Mexican two days in a row this weekend, once with both the grandparents. My son was very happy as chips and cheese is his favorite food. Not to great for weight loss though. ![]()
ABF went well today. Pull ups I did after ever set of 5 reps, and the rows were done after the 10s.
Excellent session! I am out of hearts.
Great couple of sessions and a nice Peloton calorie burner. So you got 1 extra calorie and ate Mexican two days in a row huh? Way to show that calorie counter who’s boss.
Gorgeous photo. Spring is in full effect here too and there is pollen all over everything. Looks like the nice weather is going to change pretty quickly here in about an hour though. Crazy storms rolling through. They even cancelled school today here. Like you said, it’s getting cold again tomorrow with lows in the 30’s the next three nights.
Time for Old Man Winter to get TF outta here already. ![]()
Thank you. ![]()
Thanks Trent. Yeah man, the app pissed me off. I have been way off diet the past 2 days. Oh well, at least I had a Dr appointment this morning to go along with it. Haha.
Thanks, that bush is only pretty for a couple weeks a year. The rest of the time it is just big and ugly.
They started our schools 2 hours late. Agreed on winter. Ready for that to get on out of here.

Hell yeah man. Nice looking bro day!
Everything looked solid as a rock in that one. That bush in your yard reminds me of our old azalea bushes and dogwood tree in our old yard. For about 3 weeks every spring we had the best looking yard in the neighborhood but then it just looked “meh…” for the rest of the year. ![]()
Thanks Trent. I enjoyed this workout. ![]()
Yeah, my yard is a reflection of how much time and money I spend on it, which is very little. LoL.

That’s it. 2 rounds less than Saturday but also done earlier in the morning. Originally I wondered what I would add to ABC day, now I realize how foolish that was to think I needed to add anything. It’s a sneaky tough workout.
Great job this morning Shane! Solid looking workout. Yeah, starting earlier usually doesn’t help raise production. LOL Still a great job on a hard workout.
I hear you on the yard stuff. I love working on my yard and would love to have a great looking yard but, like you, I would rather put that time and money into other things. I’ll keep it mowed. That’s about all I’ve got right now. LOL
Thanks Trent! I joined the dark side and hired a lawn service to cut my grass. After my lawn mower’s hydrostatic transmission shit the bed, I asked the guy who was cutting my neighbors yard how much he would charge to do mine. At the time it was 50 bucks. 5 dollar calculator said I could have him cut my yard, one every two weeks for roughly 9 months out of the year, for two years for what it would cost to replace, maintain, and gas my mower. Add in the three hours it took me to do it and the new found space in the garage that the mower would no longer need, for me, it was a no brainer.
I do not know where you and Trent get the stamina and strength to complete your workouts. I like to think I am working hard during my sessions, not HIT, but minimalist with effort. I come nowhere near the energy you and Trent are doing. Thank you for the inspiration.
