Good job Shane! I hear you Clean and Pressing 135! :flexed_biceps: That’s seriously impressive. Then some heavy deads right after that. Yeah, that entire session looked like a drag out fight. :face_vomiting: Great job getting that done man! :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Thanks Trent. Those 135 OHPs were heavy. I can tell I have quit doing a lot of tricep work. lol.

Heck yeah, nice work Shane! Farmer’s carries are a major PITA but I’m glad you do them. :joy: Strong work on the box squats too and then torching the calories on the Elliptical. Great job man! :flexed_biceps:

Hope you guys fare well with the storm. Looks like it’s going to be nuts here. :grimacing:

Saturday Weigh in

I typically have been weighing in around 7 on Saturday mornings. I have to work today so up at my normal time. If I slept in a couple more hours I might have hit 256ish. No biggie. BF dropped a little, weight stayed the same.

Going to get a peloton ride in before work after I finish this coffee.

Saturday Cardio

5 minute cool down ride
5 minute stretch.

That’s it. Off to work and to dodge incoming snow. :snowflake:

Cheap lunch/lunches.
1 rotisserie chicken from Sam’s Club and two Southwest Salads from the same place. Salads are 3 bucks each and a rotisserie is about 6.

This is half the chicken and a bag of salad, minus the cheese.

Filling and cheap.

Nice job on that Peloton ride and drop in BF! :trophy: Hope work goes OK and you guys fare OK in the snow. It just started here about two hours ago. Most of NC has been getting blanketed with it all day while we have been in the (typical) “Pocket of Nothingness.” LOL

Thanks Trent. A hour north of us and a hour east of us got decent amounts. We got snow but nothing stuck.

That’s the most snow my yard got. :joy:

Sunday

Woke up early and watched The Creator. Was actually pretty good. It’s on prime for those interested.

Church was canceled. It’s 20 degrees here right now. No snow in the forecast. Going to end up being a lazy day. We might go grab Mexican later since we skipped it last night.

Good work this morning and a nice Peloton ride over the weekend! Looks like you guys got quite the blizzard this weekend. :joy: We ended up with about 8" of snow here. Saw somewhere that it was the most snow Wilmington has had in 30 years or something… Way to get after it and I hope the blood work comes back OK.:+1:

I’ll be stealing that 1/2mile KB carry idea!

Thanks Trent. Yeah, we would have liked to see some snow but we ended up just watching it fall and blow around. Nothing stuck. That is wild the amount of snow yall got.

Diet has been off the past two days. I bought some premade enchiladas at Sam’s club and my stepmother brought by banana pudding. I am not far off the cals, but it’s hard to track and I know I am over as my weight bounced.

Dialing back in today.
