Feeling about 90 percent today. These workouts are easy. I feel like I need to add a squat day in but I am going to hold off for now.

Nice job today Shane! Lots of conditioning. For the record it looks hard on paper. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: Glad to hear you are almost back to 100%. :+1:

Thanks Trent. It’s a big step back in actual lifting but that’s ok for now.

Honestly, IMO, that might be what you’ve been needing for a while. I think a break from the heavy lifting will be good for you and will hopefully alleviate your shoulder pain. Good looking session today. I think those are some fun looking sessions. Plenty of “all around” work and torching calories. Great job Shane! :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

I agree. My shoulder pain was also a big influencer into this type of programming. Hoping on the other end of this I am going to be healed up.

That’s it. Week 1 on the books. Elbows are feeling a little tender, nothing crazy but something to note.

Heck yeah Shane! Nice looking session today. :flexed_biceps: Lots of KB work and then some dreadmill action. Hopefully your elbows can adjust to that. The KB work, I would imagine, would hit pretty different compared to what you were doing. Way to get after it and congrats on having the first week in the books! :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Thanks. Yeah, I agree. Going to take a minute to getting accustomed to the KB.

Thanks again.

Is it just me or did the Over 35 section just up and vanish?!?

Saturday Cardio

5 minutes cool down.

It’s been raining pretty much all night. Blah. Hopefully it stops so we can get some kind of walking in today. Might go to the local mall and wonder around.

Nice job on the Peloton ride Shane! Good pace and plenty of calories torched. What are you using to measure your body stats? Asking out of curiosity as I’m almost terrified to enter my data. :joy:

Good average speed!

Thanks Trent. I have a Hume scale.

An easy way to track BF though is the old Navy Body Fat test. It’s free. My scale has a buy in fee, and a yearly fee. Not sure it’s much more accurate but I’m a nerd for this type of stuff.

Here’s the cheap way.

Thank you.

Sunday conditioning
Weight 261. Not bad after eating out last night.

5 minute cool down
5 minute stretch

Tried a recovery ride. I like it. I think I will keep them in on Sunday.

Every Saturday we go out for Mexican. A 1 pound bounce is not bad over all to start the week off. I can handle that.

Breakfast. Woot. Not exactly ES4FL with the bread, but I am not eating much of it and those are Dave’s muffins so they have some protein and no bs ingredients.

That’s it. Dr appointment this morning so no time for gym. Home gym FTW. Peloton ride was funky, we lost power and my zone meter was messed up. Googled while riding and decided to power down and unplug. Rejoined the ride but output was already way down. No biggie, got a good sweat and torched some cals.

Couple of good Peloton rides and a nice session this morning Shane! Home gym for the win indeed. :trophy: Those were some good looking eats this weekend too. That’s weird about the Peloton resetting zones. Still a nice pace though. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: Hope the doctor appointment goes well. :+1:

Thanks Trent. It was weird. All the zones were lit up and it had the number 2147483 something across the bottom near the zones. After I rebooted it, it all went away so that was a win.

Appointment went well. Nothing to report so that is a win.
