Shane's Over 35 Shenanigans

It doesn’t seem to make enough of a difference to continue to push it. Right now, I am in test mode. If it hurts, I back off. The good thing is, it only hurts when I try to exercise it. It no longer hurts while doing nothing. I think it is going to just take time to heal up.

Yeah, I didn’t take it that way. I hear you. I am considering getting some BPC 157 but it’s expensive I am really not in any hurry. I am in limp mode. Plan is push where and when I can.

I appreciate your advice and thoughts. I know you have dealt with and overcome much worse than what I am dealing with, so I do appreciate it.

  1. Smith Incline press. Nope for obvious reasons with my shoulder. Pec Deck Swap.
  2. Tricep Rope, swapped out a shoulder movement because I needed one.
  3. Leg Press, decided to do lunges as my “light” leg movement.

Good looking session Shane. I’m starting to get way too into over-analyzing your shoulder. :joy: It’s surprising that Pec Deck doesn’t bother it. Very nice looking session overall. Those walking lunges will definitely do the trick. Some very solid sets on all of it. I’ve never heard of cable shrugs. Interesting…

Thanks Trent. Yeah man, it’s the pushing in front of the body that hurts it. Flys don’t bother it. It did twinge a little on the heaviest set, but nothing like pressing.

Only video I could find of how I do cable shrugs is unfortunately of a dude with his shirt off, but here ya go.

I hear you on the pressing. At least you can get some flies in. :+1: Interesting on the cable shrugs. Those do look like they would hit the traps really good. I should start doing videos like that with my shirt off and pretend like I look like that guy. The videos could be serious but it would at least add a comedic effect. People would either be delighted to see a normal looking dude demoing these exercises or think I was a moron for taking my shirt off and putting it on the internet. :joy: :joy: :joy:

Off to Lowe’s to shop and then grab dinner at our favorite Mexican spot. Slight weight bounce. Not surprised.

Got up into zone 3 on accident when Billy Idol’s rebel yell was playing. Oops. :joy:
