Not yet. Idk how I feel about pinning it. I might ask my TRT peeps if they have BPC compound. I have had their BPC pills for leaky gut but not liquid.

Good looking ride today Shane! That looks like the same ride I did last week. If so, it was challenging for an endurance ride. Looks like your pace is getting faster. Hell yeah man! :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: Yeah, connecting the Apple Watch to the Peloton is a little shaky. Mine won’t connect automatically when I start a ride. I have to start the ride and then raise my wrist and hold it up for several seconds. The Peloton app will automatically open on my watch and prompt me to connect to the bike. I click connect and then have to keep my wrist raised for several more seconds (or put it down and raise it again) before it finally connects. It’s like it really doesn’t want to connect unless I force it to. :man_shrugging:

Yeah idk why mine was giving me grief. I did a stretching routine off Peloton yesterday and when I opened the app on my phone it was still showing up. I hit done on it. After that it wouldn’t connect. :melting_face:

You could try rebooting the bike and your watch too. Sometimes that helps. :+1:

Hell yeah man, that was a great looking session! Very strong on the deads! The sets of 10 chins were notable as well. I’m not even sure if I can do a set of 10 chins. Maybe because I never do them, but they seem harder to me than pull-ups. Hope you guys enjoy HHI. Absolutely love that place. I think the weather should be pretty nice so get some beach time and maybe a workout or two! :beach_with_umbrella::smiling_face_with_sunglasses:
