Thanks Trent. Yeah, I figure if I can’t press, I will try to work on my arms to make them as strong as I can. They do a lot of the work on BP anyway.

Going to be taking a week off here. My last blood draw on 8/19 I think I might have made myself iron deficient. At least all the signs of being deficient are there. Fatigue, shortness of breath, blurry vision, etc. Not going to add more stress to the body until I get my iron up.

I have an appointment for blood work on September 15th. I am sure I will work out between now and then but right now I don’t think my body needs the extra stress.

I guess going forward I will follow @throwawayfitness routine and just drink a ton of water to keep hematocrit down.

Sorry to hear you’ve been feeling a little off Shane. I was thinking to myself it could be overtraining too. I used to feel like that a lot when I was going balls to the walls on powerlifting. Not saying that’s what it is but it could be. Either way, I think it’s a good decision to give your body a rest. Hopefully you will be feeling better soon! :flexed_biceps:

Man, you must be feeling pretty decent to put in a session like that! Great job! Nice and heavy on the box squats and then plenty of good sets after that. Sorry the shoulder is still bothering you. Hopefully that heals up soon. Way to get after it man!

This shoulder thing is about as bad as my shoulder has been since I started working out. Hoping it clears up soon. It isn’t a tear but it hurts like hell to load it.

My PL competition hangs in the balance if it doesn’t.

Thanks Trent. It is slowly feeling better. I can wash my hair now, what little I have, with minimal pain, so it’s moving in the right direction.

Decided to take this week off.

I have that funky cold that is going around. I don’t go to the gym sick, or workout. Plan is to kick this cold and then get back to it.

I have decided to pull out of my comp in October. I really needed to be firing on all cylinders, and this shoulder thing has really put a damper on my plans as well as my outlook on my training.

I really enjoy conjugate and trying to get SBD up. It has been some of the most fun training I have done in a long time.

I am moving on, and plan to do more bodybuilding style training.

My goals now are drop down to 250 pounds and see where I am at.

Currently, weighed in a 266 this morning.
