Beautiful automobile.
Appreciate it. I am a Ford truck guy for myself and for my wife I have always liked Toyota SUVs. Unfortunately, everything Toyota makes now is a turbo. With the Federal $7500 rebate ending in September I figured I would give a Tesla a try.
Reckon with the lifts here of late, you could lift one end of this beast off the ground indeed. ![]()
Heck yeah. No problem!![]()

That bench looks like it was designed solely and specifically for dumbbell decline flies. What a terrible platform for benching.
Here is a side view of it.
It definitely was tough to bench on. Felt like the stability of a Larsen press, done on a decline.
It looked like it came with a cambered bar. If that’s the case it makes sense as it allows a greater range of motion. Super for bodybuilding, but man, it must suck if you’re trying for any big benching.
Yeah I might give the cambered bar a try next time. Not sure it really carries over to add anything to my bench but my shoulder isn’t doing inclines right now so I thought I might try some of these.

That’s it. Just over 8 weeks out. I am planning to run a Circamax peaking plan, not sure which one yet. One is 4 weeks out another one if 6 weeks out. I have a couple weeks to decide.
Man, you’re getting it done in here Shane! Massive leg day today! Solid upper body session on Saturday too. Benching was solid and those DB rows are just insane! Those deads on Friday were money as well! Congrats on the new wheels! I’m still rolling around in my company truck and my wife is still rolling around in the 2015 Honda Odyssey. Hoping to get another ten years out of that bad boy. ![]()
Thanks man. We honestly probably could have road the wheels off here Highlander too but it’s more about happy wife happy life. Not that she is materialistic, but, all her friends were getting new cars and it is not a bad idea to trade it in while it was still worth something.
At least you guys can buy a new car right now. If my wife asked to get a new car right now I would laugh until I was in tears…. ![]()
Well, I have wanted a new Mustang. The 5 litre. I drove to the Ford Dealer and window shopped. I will not be getting a Mustang 5.0. It is me and my Mini Cooper.

Good job on there Shane! Hope the show was good. ![]()
