Great looking workout today Shane! Way to get er done on those 10 sets of 3, after the 10 reps at 280 no less. I can hear those leg muscles growing from here.
Man that is a ton of squatting! Great job Shane! More solid sets than I can count. LOL I like that EMOM for 10 minutes. I bet that will get the squats going for sure! (RDL’s were solid as well)
I realized I did yesterday’s workout a day early. I must have really wanted to get that one behind me. Oh well, might as well keep it going. I will rest tomorrow, and then bench again Saturday instead of doing my scheduled bench workout on Sunday.

We went out to eat mexican last night. I had Texas fajitas, extra veggies, no tortillas. Came home and had a Lilly dark chocolate bar while my wife and son had ice cream from Brusters.
Going to go out to eat for Valentines Day tonight. I might get some bread pudding for desert but after eating all that chocolate last night I might just call my sweet tooth even for the weekend.
Nice job on the Peloton ride Shane! Sorry though, you’re going to have to put up better diet numbers than that if you expect to get fat. We had Mexican for dinner last night and for lunch today. Then I came home and ate half a sleeve of Thin Mints and two cup cakes. Time to up your game brother.
