Decent day. I was going to try 285 but 280 was a grind so decided not to push it. All done with a pause at the bottom.

I will set my bench numbers for Candito at 280.

Shoot I’d be happy as hell with 280. LOL Great job regardless! Nice job on the Peloton as well!

That’s it. Our state has been told we might get snow above Atlanta or we might not. If we do though, it’s definitely going to stick and be a mess. Should know by lunch time today.

Good job on the elliptical Shane!

Yeah, this storm is crazy. It looks like we are both going to get some snow. How much? Who knows… I’m seeing one weather app calling for 1-3" and another calling for 6-10" in Wilmington. And others in between. It’s pretty wild that they’re that far apart with snow starting by 5:00PM here today. Like you said, with temps in the 20’s tonight it is all going to stick and we are just barely getting above freezing tomorrow so this stuff will likely stick around until Friday or Saturday. After I get home this afternoon I’m not planning on leaving the house until Friday/Saturday.

We have food and I still have all of my hurricane gas so if worst comes to worst and we lose power, I can crank up the generator and we can hangout in one room with the space heater on. For cooking we could use the Blackstone or the Green Egg. The kids are excited to see snow for the first time in years and that’s the coolest part.

I look at the models on Tropical Tidbits for hurricane stuff and just started using them for winter storms. The main ones all look pretty consistent now.

Thanks Trent.

Yeah it is completely dry here right now. Nada. Crazy because the weather map shows it has been snowing here since 7 this morning. I guess none of it is reaching the ground? Idk, a guy here at work said that it is caught up in a dry pocket, and when that fills up it is going to come fast.

We have decided that if it starts to snow we are shutting down and heading home.

Hopefully your kids are able to get out and enjoy it. I know we had fun last week when it snowed. The snow really wasn’t that great to play in but we still were able to build the world’s smallest snowman.

That same thing happened here during the last storm. The radar showed it snowing all afternoon but it wasn’t snowing. Then it just rained. Ha ha. Good call not to mess around with it. I would head home at the first site of snow. No need to get stranded, etc.

I actually am sending people home at 2:00 today. That should give everyone plenty of time to get ahead of rush hour incase shit does hit the fan.

That’s it. Stopped at 345 but 90 percent sure that 350 was there. I unracked 365 and left it on the safeties. It didn’t feel that bad but I didn’t want to hurt myself grinding through it.

Going to set my numbers at 345 on Candito for squats.

Do you sauna pre or post workout? And, I hope you are all safe from the weather.

I do both. When it is this cold though it sure feels good to walk in the door and head right to the sauna to warm up. It also kind of depends on what I am doing for the day. I typically won’t sauna before my workout if I am going to go right out and need to lay or sit on a piece of equipment. I don’t like leaving puddles of sweat on everything.
