Decent workout. Got my reps I wanted. I have been cutting carbs out of my diet, well bullshit carbs anyway. I still eat 100-135 a day, 90 percent of it is fruits and veggies though. My strength to hit the follow up pin presses was noticeably down today. Not sure if it’s the lower carbs, body weight, or just an off day. Probably a combination of all of it.
They have changed the forecast sooo many times this week there is no telling what it’s going to do. Maybe rain, maybe sleet, maybe snow, probably won’t get shit. We need the water badly!
But I do know Tuesday morning wascold enough for here.
I know man. It could get pretty nutty down here. At least it should warm up and most of it be out of here by Saturday afternoon. Crappy thing is my neighborhood is all hills with lots of trees so it could still turn into a major pita.
I hear you man. Our old neighborhood in Raleigh had a steep hill each way to get out of the neighborhood and when it snowed/iced it was impossible to get out of there. Good sledding though. That dinner looks amazing!!!
Definitely a good day for a Peloton ride at home where you are man. Good job getting that done. Hope you guys enjoy the snow. It’s snowing 30 minutes south of us but still bone dry here and our kids are in school. I’ve seen our forecast completely change twice in the last hour. Don’t know what’s gonna happen but its about 36 degrees out so if anything it will only stick on bridges.
