CT,

When doing the layers (assuming that form on both is good) with high pulls, what style of high pull do you prefer to recommend? the ‘regular’ way (which I find turns into a Chinese pull as i get heavier) or the ‘klokov’ way with legs almost straight.

I initially did it using klokovs form. For the HDL and pump sets I found it to be great, not so much for the ramp and cluster portions though.

When I did the layers with the normal technique I found it hard to do it rhythmically for the HDL and pump parts, and also found myself doing Chinese pulls as it got heavier.

Is their a style you recommend?

Honestly, whichever style allows you to use the most weight.

For me doing Klokov pulls allows me to use the most weight because I can get in the groove and really create momentum.
