I’ll tell you why, and what I want to do.
Man to man Women to man I want to know if I am going to be to ruff on my asshole coworkers, and boss.
My partner I did not know her total story until history Friday Morning. Then I learned to much. More than anyone knows about her other than her boyfriend of seven years.
First of all she’s awsome I respect her work and ethic. We feed off of each other we race during work to see who can be the fastest and the best, and weare the number one crew in quality and quantity.
She’s stronger than 85% of the guys at work. She’s attractive to boot. She’s probably my best friend at work. Smaybe even outside, but we are both with some one else and we respect that. Really she’s liketalking to my sister now.
Anyway everyone at work has been talking, and singing "Secret Lovers"but that is not the big problem it is not helping at all now.
Friday morning one of the guys put a really nasty pic on my seat at work, and it was her truck we were in. It was a pic of a chick getting it up the from behind with a dildo,and someother things
I we both got in at the sametime I thought I saw it first. I crumpled it up,and threw it in the counsil.
She asked was that what I thought it was,I was like uh yeah. She was MAD shaking and ready to cry… I never saw that in her before.
Now at work She has put up with all kinds of verbal shit Guys saying girls are just whores, Guys sharing naked pics of there girl friends that they have in there cell phones before meetings in the office, talking about the size of their tool. They start that the big bosses do not say a word. She just leaves.
This time it was put in her work truck right there I thought that was bullshit and entirely rude. I knew who was most likely to do it. I was going to say something to him at the end of the day. Like dipshit you could have stuck it in my truck and not offended her.
Then she said I had enough of this I was like me to. She said these guys are assholes I put up with twenty years of sexual abuse I can’t handle this one
I have to say something. She exsplained to me how she was forced to look at and do the things in those pictures for some one while growing up. After shemoved out she hooked up with another abuiser
Anyway before the end of the day The guy was suspended, and the boss brought it to my attention that six months ago with a different partner I made sketches on the a company truck.
I was like yeah sorry that was with my old partner will just call him “wad breath” six months ago on my lunch sketching a swimsuit model from one of the magazines that belonged to him in his truck not infront of a girl. NOt infront of anyone, but ratfink “wad breath” who failed to mention his porn on his truck.
The only thing the boss did for her when he talked to her was like how do you feel, oh and chuck I have to talk to you about your pictures.
Now we all have to go through harrassment traing.
This whole thing had nothing to do with rat fink wad breath, but he had to dig up shit from the past and fail to mention his porn he keeps on his work truck.
The thing is his crew used to be number one, but me and my partner unseated him. We are the two newest people.
The whole thing is going to be brought up again Monday morning at 6:30 sharp.
In just can’t take this shit. Some these guys have pics up on the ceilings of there trucks and on the walls. One was walking around the office with dog shit on his shoes for a joke?
My partner says don’t quit on me we can make it through this shit. But the booth of us have a kinf in our backs form these guys just because we are the number one crew.
I am getting pisssed and losing my train of thought.
But I called the boss and told him I need to talk.
I want to tell him;
I cant sit through the stupid meeting about this shit. With these dumb asses who can’t see what the guy did was wrong.
Seriously if he can’t see that there is a knife in my back from this fuck, and why I just do not want to be there.

Seriously passing a pic from guy to guy is one thing if done discretely when you have female co-workers probably still not right, but right on the seat of her truck.
Her and I have all these guys pisssed just because we have proven we are better, and now this shit.
