Today was completely silly. Inspired by “The Bauer Chronicles” I tried some stupid high volume for what was probably the first time ever. I’m quite sure it was the last time ever as well haha.
I hit 85/187x11 for my top set which is decentish, but I rushed the start of the workout a bit so I was feeling a bit of.
I’m going to McDonald’s for dinner so today will be a bit over plan. Only by 300-400 kcal though so I’ll be fine. I’m gonna get a McNuggets teambox with BBQ sauce and a McFlurry Snickers.
Gonna be legendary.
Top set in what? I don’t know whether to congratulate you for your incredible barbell curl or laugh at you for your shrugs??? (jk, I would never laugh, but pity somewhat)

Pretty good workout.
I used an OL-bar for the squats so they felt a bit different than usually. Still easy though. The 160kg are 2xbw.
The back raises destroyed my hamstrings and lower back.
I did leg presses in a different way compared to normal. I changed the foot positioning so I could get a full ROM. Slowing down the negative and letting it rest at the bottom was sexy. I really felt it in the teardrop area.
I found out that I suck pretty badly at leg raises. My lower abs were whining.
Jab and Jake: Challenge accepted! Don’t know what happened to the speed.

Thanks. No where near beach ready though. My back is holding tons of fat, which is why I only got video from the front haha.
The squat was cool. Still 20kg below my max so they should be pretty easy. I’m planning on doing 3 singles during the 3 week and the 5/3/1 week. Next time it will be 162.5kg, then 165kg etc.
Should get me used to lifting heavy weights.
Solid squatting. Will echo jab, looking pretty lean, considering how shitty your posing (tehe) was your arms look to be a strong point.
