Hard to see much from the video but I’m definitely in 4 arms session. Love them.

Yeah the video sucks. But as far as I recall my arms looked pretty similar to this. (My short term memory might not be the best)

@phlegms: Yeah I’m getting pretty “good” at repping deadlifts. I don’t know how big a carryover there’ll be to my 1RM but it sure is fun, and it’ll hopefully help add some mass to my girlish back.

I’ve switched to training fasted. Doesn’t seem to have a negative effect on the workouts and it’s way easier. So all I had today before training were two beers for breakfast. Alcoholic style ftw.

Triceps were the weak point today but that was expected since I trained them Sunday. Under normal circumstances they’ll have an extra days rest so it shouldn’t be an issue then.

Hit the chest pretty good. Experimented with not locking out to keep the tension of my triceps.

Attempted to do a RP set. It’s quite obviously that I’m holding back on the first two mini sets. I’ll have to fix that.

Saw The Avengers last night. Pretty meh. I think I’ll enjoy The Expendables 2 way more since I haven’t really read a lot of comic books. My childhood favorite movies was stuff like Bloodsport, Commando, Predator, Rambo etc. so I’ll feel more “at home” watching The Expendables 2. Arnold saying “I’m back” will be worth the ticket itself.

Very weird machine. Going deep without rounding the lower back is impossible for me, so these are done with a short ROM and no lockout.
