I was a competitive dancer from the time I was a little girl until I finished high school. Dance competitions are hotbeds of underage, parent-approved skankitude. My studio was MUCH more conservative, but even then sometimes the instructors (not for my class, but others) toed the line with certain costumes and moves.
I do not see the problem.
I probably wouldn’t allow my daughters to do that, but the girls look like they are enjoying themselves.

Well, I am not attracted to little girls, and I’m only twenty so my POV might be different than yours (not saying you are attracted to little girls, just letting you know that I myself am not either), but it looks to me like their outfits cover about the same as a bathing suit would.
