‘fitnessfactor’ or ‘Corey Ritter’ made a youtube vid with a bunch of stuff on it, including John B’s 7 habits.
He neglected to give credit where credit is due, and it smells like injustice, so I’m posting it here in the hopes that it makes it to the right place.
Hey fellas…it’s all good. After being hounded by some of my forum members, he claimed that he came up with the 7 habits “like, 6 years before Berardi did.”
Regardless, I encouraged everyone on the PN forum to chill about it.
"In all seriousness, this isn’t a huge deal and I hope no one from PN takes up the mantle here and gives this guy a hard time.
Like I said, I really like the vids. And I’m sure he’s a good guy just trying to help folks get into shape by spreading the word about the nutritional principles that really work. Can’t fault a guy for that. Heck, that’s my mission too."
Why is he ripping on what those guys are doing in the beginning? Aside from looking like fun, I’d say most people would be better off if they ran around climbing and jumping over things.
This guy is a such a douche…apparently, he isn’t informed of the Biosignature program by Poliquin which says that spot specific fat is indicative of hormonal imbalance…maybe he has too much estrogen!

Did you guys hear about his new book?
LOL, I like that.

I should give props to the person who posted it on the topic about this in the thread on sherdog… I just clicked a link and thought I’d share with the guys on here… Although I guess I should learn about stealing other people’s material— apparently it’s ok because JB said so! :-p
