Serious coughing after test shot

I need some advice please . Today after taking a 4ml NABIDO injection about 20 seconds later I started coughing my lungs inside out . I mean an insane cough like I’d breathed in a cup of water . This lasted about 3-4min before settling down . It happened to me once before but prior to that it’s never happened. I read on the pamphlet that this can happen when the oil goes to your lungs but it does go back to normal . Now even though it says this in the packaging this doesn’t sound right to me . What should I do in 10 weeks time when it’s time for the next one?

You injected directly into a vein. I have done it a few times. (But only taking a 1ml dose of AAS.) I even did it when I drew back on the plunger to see if I was in a vein. I got no blood, but I suppose when I pushed the plunger it moved the needle enough to enter a vein.

What @RT_Nomad said. Go very slow when you inject that much oil. 4ml is too much in one spot imo. I’ll do 3ml in the glute but could not imagine more at one time.

Where was your injection site?

The injection site was in the glute and I took around 40 sec to complete it cause I know it needs to be administered slowly . About 20sec after that it’s uncontrollable coughing where it’s so bad I actually break out in a sweat and can’t even string a 4 word sentence together. I mean it’s violent coughing and it’s happened now twice. I’ve been taking nabido for years so I don’t know this is happening now. The previous time I injected into my quad and the coughing started to the point I thought I would need to go to hospital but after 3 min I’m all good. So yesterday I thought let me go the glute route and it happened again ……violent coughing

I had that happen to me a few times about 4 years ago. Always frightened the shit out of me but I always recovered. I always noticed that when it happened and I pulled it out, I would actually bleed unlike all my other injections.

Hello,
I know that cough : you probably hit a vein while injecting stuff. The big volume (4mL) magnifies the symptoms as the additive and/or vehicule itself is x4.
Aspirating before injecting is no longer recommended : having no blood when drawing does not necessarily mean zero vein crossed.
I’d suggest to split the doses, 1mL or 2 max at a time and a few hours apart to allow for the compound to dissipate. Left glute + right glute.

Ok well I’m glad to hear it’s just not me . What I might try is Mabey only doing 2ml then Mabey 2 weeks later another 2 to see what happens
