Finally something I can comment on. I’ve been lurking in here, but usually have nothing to input. Your word is circadian rhythm. There’s a lot of interesting work circadian rhythms and hormones out there.

no, but that’s only bc I can’t curl 85 dbs twice a week, surely they will tear then. plz read the zercher thread for more info on this scientific fact
