yeah my uncles weight set is in kg’s. thanks man, pr is 225x14 but I was 30lbs heavier then so it wasn’t too bad I guess.

I did it once, hit my booty pretty damn well.
Will start to do it again.
One of the jobs I do is very high-labor too. Ugh. I had to get a smaller jean size for my uniform the same week I got it. I’m getting ready for the next pair this coming week I’m sure ![]()

the thing I’m noticing with this job is that during my off time between lifting and work I don’t really want to do much lol, fuckin takes it right out of you
my new lifting program is called object lift heavy lots ie. idk wtf I’m really doing but I think it’s best for now

haha thanks, first time trying them. I’m dissapointed there isn’t more bruising but I did use a pretty light weight. this variation is pretty tough so I didn’t end up needing much.

yeah, got to find a balance and really allow yourself to sleep well or you won’t be accomplishing much, by friday I’m pretty bagged. today I’m good though ![]()
zerchers are cool, really suck you forward like front squats and you can feel your abs trying to crumble at the bottom. man there’s no forearm pain when you’re only using 185 haha, I have to get stronger to earn that pain
