Your dick probably needs more than just a day off to recover with the work your putting it through. Back off for a week or two and see if you get any improvement. Especially if the amount weighs more on the masturbation side versus actual sex

I believe lab testing for testosterone is in its infancy, Free T is rarely accurate. Total T is the best we have so far, even this test has its problems. There is a reason why you need two tests <300 and is has to do with flaws in testing.
Same thing with thyroid testing, some kinds of thyroid dysfunction do not show up on lab testing, lab testing is only part of the diagnosis process, the other half are the symptoms.
We don’t even have testing for receptor sensitivity, if you have resistance at the cellular level you will need higher levels.
So I guess you may have some points and for sure I cannot claim my logic is correct.
However for the food I cannot agree with you, at least not for my case. With nutrition there are very few universal principles that apply to everybody. For sure more often eating is terrible for me. I’ve experimented with all kinds and variations of this. The more often I eat, the more food totally I ingest. And this bodybuilding style nutrition 5-6 times per day - as much as I know is terrible for the insulin. And especially for me my insulin sensitivity is far from great(I’m trying to get going with metformin but the side effects may force me to quit). But even with all theory put aside I tend to eat less food with less count of meals per day. Even I plan now to try to implement some intermitent fasting and maybe eat 2 times per day.
As with sex and mastrubation - well I’m not sure what is the situation there. Normally I’m very horny and that’s why I have sex or mastrubate as much as I feel desire to. I’ve been very horny all my life. Even I guess I’m a bit addicted to that. If I skip completely for one day the next day I’m much more lethargic and have less energy. To get the seamen analysis two weeks ago I skipped 3 days and felt a bit terrible at the end. To skip it for one week - never done that since I was 10-11 years old(I think at that age I discovered mastrubation) and I just cannot imagine doing it. I mean for sure I will feel terrible as a result from that, why exactly not sure.
For example yesterday I had sex but physiologically and how it affects my well being is not different from mastrubation. Of course if I’m with a partner I’m very attracted to it is much more enjoyable. I’ve spoken with some doctors about this, I mean the kind of doctors that really know about hormones(not the local endo) and according to them it should not cause any problems and also the times you ejaculate per day/week should not affect your testosterone. These are not my words, I really cannot claim to have any real knowledge about this, only what I’ve experienced. There is some study showing the testosterone increases a bit at the end of six days sustain and then starts to fall, but as much as I remember it was not a big difference.
well my total testosterone is far from great. But the free T, however how is tested looks decent. And yes the question remains how reliable is this free t value. How bad/good my t levels are and do they cause my symptoms, or its the lifestyle habits as supposed above? Maybe combination of both? At least if you have 200 hundred total test all things and decisions are much simpler…

Ever since I was really young I could MB into the double digits no problem and in my early to late 20’s as well as have sex 3-5 times a day on top of it. I was out of control lol. Then one day a few years ago I lost it all, almost out of nowhere actually.
My left nut shrunk like crazy and both of them felt numb with little to no feeling left, then about a half a year later they started gaining size and got some feeling back again but ever since then I was never the same. I force myself to have sex and masturbate now but along with that comes ED and its very hard to climax most times, sometimes I cant at all and just give up lol.
It’s actually kind of traumatic for me, doctors dont give a shit either, too many side effects on trt, cant even get referred to an endocrinologist… so yeah lifes wonderful. lol.
I see your point, but you know double digits + is a bit excessive(if you talk per day) where 2-3 times daily - well I think its pretty normal for a young guy although a bit on the high end.
In fact today many men consider it is normal to do it 2-3 times a week which sounds absurd to me. The same way many people consider having testosterone at the low end normal you know… being fat being normal and so on
There was a few times I hit double digits in one day with the gf as an experiment lol. But on a day to day basis I was up in your arena anywhere from 1-5 .
2-3 times a week seems absurd because you have always had a higher sex drive compared to other people… now that its dropping your freaking out so to speak, like I did, although mine has dropped off a cliff lol.

By the way I chatted with a UK guy from the fb group who has the same testosterone and even free testosterone levels like me and he is prescribed TRT by a UK doctor. According to his doctors these levels are shitty for 30 years old and we should have like 1200-1400 total T and 35-40 ng/l free t
