Seeing Results With EQ?

Yeah, I dont’ even realize it but you’re right.

I am Eating 5-6 meals per day and I’m definetly getting 200+ grams of protein per day also taking multi vitamin, Vitamin C 2000mgs, Complex B vitamins, milk thistle, and Omega 3,6,9. when I wake up in the night time and get hungry I eat half a bowl of Oats and doze off again. I know for sure that my dieting is not a problem but the another rep of this UG company is going to have a look at my D-Bol and investigate.

What do you weigh?

I dont really see gains from EQ tell around week 6… That is the norm for most people so around week 5-7 you should start seeing gains…

I guarantee this guys problem is hes not eating enough. Eat MORE protein!!! Or just food in general… people seem to forget whether your on gear or not if your trying to gain weight and your not you just not taking in more calories than your burning.

Yeah due to his lack of me emphasis on what he’s eating in this thread vs. what he’s taking I’m thinking the same thing.

I know I am for sure eating plenty! Sure even at the gym I’m eating protein bars and Oatmeal when the hunger kicks inn. well I got another 4 LBS on, Got my weight checked by the doc yesterday.

Jaws do you know damn near exactly how many calories you eat a day and what macros make up what percentages of those calories? I eat plenty is not the same thing as “I know I’m eating 4,500 calories everyday with a 40/40/20 ration of p/c/f.” Unless you’ve been following what you eat down to a T for years or are have some inborn gift of knowing these things just by eating them (man that would be nice).

I am Eating 3500 - 4000 cals ED. In total as of today I’ve got 12LBS On and got 3 weeks left with the test and EQ I’m making my way down with regards to doseages and I have got some Nolva and endotest As PCTs.

Done Squats off the Smith machine for the first time yesterday and SOB The veins in my legs were crazy!

Do you have a regular squat rack or even better yet a power rack? If so I’d use them from now on. Also I’m sure I’m reading it wrong but does that statement mean you did squats for the first time in this cycle just the other day.

OR does it mean you’ve just done squats in the smith machine for the first time during this cycle the other day? Basically what I’m hinting at is, was that the first time you’ve squatted since you’ve been on? Or done any type of squat?
