Okay so I started sustenon 250 about 2 weeks ago (Today is day 15). I have Nolv for PCT, Im planning to run this 8 weeks or so, this is my first cycle. I’ve done alot of research about this before I did it, A buddy who does alot of bodybuilding shows got me into it. He said since this is my first, I should get good gains with one shot a week, which I have been doing (1 every 6 days or so) but Im starting to wonder If I am playing this off wrong because of the shorter esters are not being put to there full use.
I really dont feel like getting flamed, constructive critism, or comments please.
Should I up the dosage? I want to make sure I do this right. He said this will show me how my body reacts with test, and lots of novices he’s know have gotten good results with this.
Should I shorten my injections? (EOD, Every third day maybe?)
If your dosage is 250mg/week, yes you should up your dosage. Since you using Test. only, most would say 400mg/week. By using more frequent injections (E3D), your blood levels will be more stable since Sustanon has different 1/2 life esters. If you don’t mind injections and have a lot of pins, EOD or ED would work fine too. I hope your diet is dialed in so you will get the most out of this cycle.
okay, I only have a 10ml vial now… but getting another isnt a hard thing to do.
How would 1ml (250) every 3erd day do? Or is that to much?
Pins arnt a prob either.
Diet is 6 meals a day, Averaging 4500-5000 Calories a day, protien is easily @ 400, Carbs are high too. (chicken, noodle dishs, steak, Wieght gainer, ect)
I’ve seen small results so far (added 3 reps to my bench) maybe 3-4 pounds, I hear I wont see results until week 4 though.

250 mgs EOD, or your wasting the prop in the sust, depending on the lab ( being you have vials ) 2 out of the 4 compounds are useless shot once a week, and what evers left in the longer esters are doing nothing once a week except maybe HRT, you didnt do enough research, and your friend is clueless !!! Not tryin to flame. and at EOD your gonna need more than one more vial. Keep doing research, we all started some where. Oh and evert 3rd day your still wasting the prop, I think most would agree EOD !!!

This is shit. With the shorter esters in Sust and you being a newbie you should be going pretty well by the end of the first week, and rocking the weights by week two. KNB is right on with injection frequency. Your friend is a dumb shit if he’s got you using 250mg once per week. Get another vial and up the dose to 250mg (1ml) E3D. with two 10ml vials injecting E3D you will have about 9 weeks on at about 580mg/wk.
I hope you have PCT planned out and you have what you need. I’m sure you can get away with just a Nolvadex protocol. I’m going to guess your friend doesn’t know WTF he’s doing based on his past advice for you, so please run your PCT plan by us to make sure you’re on track. If you don’t have one, let us know and we’ll help you.

shorten your injections to every other day and you will see a big diference. also 20-30 mg a day of d-bol would be a nice stack.
my first cycle was sust and d-bol and i started out injecting twice a week. i could really feel my strength going up one day and drop the next. i bumped injections up to every other day and the gains went through the roof.
Alright, Well, I took the advice, and grabbed a needle and stabbed myself tonight (my last injection was 3 days ago) Man, That was crazy, never stabbed myself before, I wasnt about to drive an hour to my buddies house to have him do it though, so I had to work up the balls. It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be.
Anyways, EOD eh? Looks like i’ll have to get another vial on monday (this was my fourth shot, so Im guessing 5 more left?)
Should I run like 3/4 ML eod? (this would put me @ at least 500mg a week I believe)

Oh for PCT, I dont have it completely figuered out, all I have is nolv tho. I know I need to wait till like 2-3 weeks after my last injection to start, If you dont mind you guys could give input. Thanks.
My first cycle was Sus 250 once a week and dbol 20-30mg p/d. Although I wouldn’t run a cycle like that again, as I did not know too much about what I was doing and was just taking advice from a friend I still made good gains. I ran the sus for ten weeks. I went from 218 to 245 in that period. When it was all said and done I kept 12 lbs of it. E3D is a hell of a lot better idea though, the guys are right

Got my other vial… so good to go. I hit legs today, first time I actually felt stronger… ALOT stronger, I was squating 40 pounds heavier reps of 5. Good stuff.
My main goal is to add 50 on my bench in 8-9 weeks, Realistic?
20 pounds or so is what im hoping for, Im at 170 8%, 5’10.
you sound like a skinny weak-dude who could have gotten bigger and stronger naturally. How old are you? You know the bigger and stronger you are naturally the more effective steroids are; as well as being able to hold onto your gains better once you stop using them.

Im 23, Been lifting for 4 years (PLENTY of you started roids before this, so I dont even want to hear it, If you want to know my size, people compare me to GSP, same hieght wieght and build)
I think the point muscle_mike was making (in spite of the flame)is until you completely plateau without using juice you never really know how much was you, and how much was the AAS. 1/2ml EOD in 30 days gives you 8ml’s month total, or 465mg/week. For someone that is just starting out, 465/week is a lot actually especially at 170lbs. Just another idea…
1/2ML eod, that works for me too. Thanks, And I know what your saying. I have been big on nutrition (actually what im finishing up college for) So I know the cals and everything that I need to be getting, I have been on a plat for about 6 months, hence why I made my decision.
