Been just maintaining for the last few years. Starting to get into it again over the last couple months. Feel as healthy right now at 30 as I ever have. Weight fluctuating between 190-195.

Thanks for the comments and thanks Stu. Haha bootslayer I wouldnt say I took a few years off just a few years of very unmotivated lifting. Just basically checking the box. Got some renewed motivation over the last month though and it feels great.
