I finished my first cycle with Test E 400mg a week (12 weeks) and winstrol 40mg from week 7-12.
Currently on PCT. After that I’ll take a break and I plan to start my second cycle in May 2021.
1-12 Test E 500 mg/week
1-6 Turinabol 50 mg every day
9-14 Anavar 50 mg every day
3-14 Proviron 50 mg every day
2-12 Tamoxifen 20 mg every day
No HCG and probably no AI.

Not sure what you’re trying to accomplish with this cycle…
I would ditch the tamoxifen and use an AI as needed while on cycle.
Use HCG + tamoxifen for PCT.
Proviron doesn’t build muscle or strength, it pretty much is just a libido booster. You don’t need it unless you’re worried about your sex drive.
Why not just run the test all the way to week 14 instead of running Anavar solo? While you’re at it why not run Anavar for weeks 7-14?
The question there is if he needs one and he knows that from his first cycle, I hope.
I think you meant the right thing but just for clarification. Use the hCG during your bridge and then start the PCT with either Clomifen or Tamoxifen.
His cycle normally ended by then but he keeps the Anavar in to “stay anabolic” right up until PCT to minimize the time he spends with suboptimal anabolic steroids levels. Anavar then clears fast and allows for proper PCT timing. 2 weeks seems a bit short though, OP.
