I am onto my second cycle of test and deca, been doing it for four weeks and have seen some slight changes but not a lot. I am doing the same cycle as my first which is 300mg of test and deca a week.
Have read up a fair amount of this and it all seems to be saying different things for what is the "right"cycle.
Just wanna get some feedback of if I should stick to this or increase it.
Im 43, about 5"9 and 85 kgs.
I had no side affects from the first cycle but didnt eat enough so that was a lesson learned from the first one.
As its my second one I am assuming I need to increasse it but wasnt 100% sure
Is there a question in there? Yes your cycle should be enough for a beginner. No you donāt necessarily need to increase it from the first one but then again maybe you do. Whatās the question?

well obviously there is, its when I ask if i should stick to this cycle or increase it. After 4 weeks on the cycle, not feeling like im getting much in way of strength but wasnt sure if I should stick to it or increase it.

How long was your first cycle?
How much weight did you gain (estimate lean muscle weight)?
How much did your strength increase?
Next: are you sure your AAS are what they say they are?
first cycle was 12 weeks, was thinking about doing it maybe another two weeks longer this time
I gained roughly 6 kgs maybe a little bit more
Strength did increase quite a fair bit
Its from the same guy as last time, my strength has gone up a bit but was hoping for more considering I am eating more and my training is feeling really good with consistency.
Just want to make sure this cycle gets the outcome I am after and dont want to get another 4 weeks in and think I should of increased the test, just in two minds at what to do to be honest

I never ran a cycle more than 12 weeks. But that is just me.
How much of the strength that you gained did you lose during your off cycle?

There is a good possibility that the first cycle will be your best cycle for the amount of improvement.
You can increase your AAS mid cycle. That is something that I normally did on my 12 week cycles (I normally ran 8 week cycles). Because my 12 week cycles were for the targeted contest that year, I would change out the āwetā AAS for the ādryā AAS and have upped the total weekly amount about 20%
Just a point concerning myself. Taking 600mg/wk of AAS would be the top end that I ever used over the 3 decades that I took AAS. I know that today more than a gram/wk is fairly common for many serious lifters.
In regards to how much i lost when i got off the cycle, there was an issue I got injured at the end of the cycle so didnt train for about a month so couldnt really tell you.
I have been off it for about 6 months, maybe a bit longer.
I seen most people do 8 to 16 weeks cycle but guess it depends on their circumstances and what they are taking.
I was thinking from taking it from 300mg to probably 400mg to 500mg for about 6 to 8 weeks.

Please spend some more time educating yourself on AAS, cycles, etc. Its all FREE and readily available on the net.

Iām going to go out on a limb and say that your gear is fake. There is no way a person, no matter how little they know about training and diet, could take 300mg Test and 300 mg Deca per week and not feel anything, especially as a beginner. AIDS patients take Deca to prevent wasting and gain muscle, at much lower doses, just laying in bed. BTW - those annoying ālegal alternativeā adds for āAnabolicsā that sound very similar to the actual steroids, are fake BS.
Never said it wasnt doing anything, just I thought I would be feeling more from it but itās only been 4 weeks so wasnāt sure if I should be getting more out of it or if I should up the dose as all the research I am seeing is saying the dose is pretty low.
Not at all. For someone on their 2nd cycle, thats plenty if itās real. These AIDS patients took 100mg Deca every 2 weeks
The Nandrolone Decanoate ester has a relatively long half life and usually takes about 6 weeks, give or take, to āfeelā like itās doing something. But since this is your second nanD cycle, I figure you already know this.

Your lack of progress with the AAS is because you have the requisite steps backwards most likely. And perhaps your gear is underdosed? Any testing on it?
Youāre focusing too much on the AAS and not enough on the diet. You already said you didnāt eat enough the first time. So why not just run test again and eat more? Surely you would see results then, right? No need to up the AAS and forget about the diet.
Nah mate sincere, i appreciate everyones opinion. Never even thought about it getting tested to be honest, also how would you even test it?
