Im 30 years old,75kgs 14% bf.
I have 17 years of experience in the gym.I have already done one 1 month cycle with halo as oral only with success.Goal was strength increase maintaining weight.
At that point had to stay within 72kg category for armwrestling where l managed to get the first place.
As the next championship is like a year away Im continuing my every day cardio,at least 5 days a week at the gym and 7 days a week armwrestling training.
Have done all blood checks before during and after cycle,also did one few days ago.Everything is within normal range.
Would like to start second cycle with the goal of dry gains so here is what l have in mind
500mg a week Sustanon(2x250mg)
200mg a week Masteron E(2x100mg)
12 weeks
30 mg a day Winstrol.
(Week 8-12)
Supplements Omega3s(5grams),multivitamins,Creatine(5 grams),magnesium and potassium,B6 and TUDCA.
SERMs during cycle
Nolvadex
AI on hand if needed?
PCT
HCG,ZMA,tribulus territis.D3 and K2
AI if needed.
AI during cycle and PCT will depend on blood work.
Diet will consist of 60/30/10
60% protein,30% fat,10% complex carbohydrates only.
Water intake 5L a day minimum.
Calorie sufficit 500cals a day
Goal 80kg,10% or less bf.
Can you guys and girls analyze my input critisize and advice me if my plan is good.Thanks in advance.
This plus your oral only cycle isn’t a real first cycle. IMO you should still be in the solo Test first cycle train. Mast is pretty friendly, especially in lower doses, so it’s not wrong but it’s one more drug you’re not used to.
IMO … you start with Test as first so you know how your body responds and what sides you have on that. Then it’s the proper base for moving on and adding more for later cycles.
I’m guessing your bodyfat measurements are a little more accurate than your previous ones? Either that or you added 5.5kg of fat whilst losing 2.5kg of muscle!
this is diet related. keep your surplus small and your food selection wise and you’ll keep the bloat down.
Your cycle is fine. Test only is probably equally as good.
this sucks. My PCT would be:
last injection of test, wait one week, then do 3 weeks of HCG, then do 6-8 weeks of a SERM of your choice. Take your D3/K2/Whatever if you are deficient and need to supplement, but they aren’t PCT meds.
I don’t think this is gonna happen in 12 weeks. You can gain the 5kg I’m sure, but you’re not gonna drop the BF % at the same time IMO. make this a 20 weeks cycle, and plan a bulk phase then cut phase, then you’d have a shot.
I can try and do clean bulk phase of 20 weeks with test only as suggested above by everyone.keep masteron for next time around.
I will do the PCT you mentioned but what would be the frequency and the dosage of the HCG by your opinion?
No mate no need to be jumping on conclusions last time l did was dexa scans now all l did was the calculations by the calolipers.
In what universe would l lose that much muscle and add that much fat if protein intake is 60% and my base free and total Testosterone are high normals since ever.
Only thing could be l added water weight due to creatine which l havent used for a while.
I take the word “cycle” literally and I believe it served me well. Each cycle should get you a step closer to your goal. I was “on cycle” more time than I was “off cycle.” In other words I was truly cycling AAS over and over. I did this continuously for nearly
three decades.
I felt the gains tapered off about 7 or 8 weeks into a cycle. My growth cycles were always 8 weeks, with about 7 weeks “off cycle.” If I had a targeted contest I would make that a 12 week cycle.
I aim for this 80kg goal with around 10% bf time limit is 4.5 months it is not contest related but rather work related.Highly motivated and risk to reward ratio is high.
