Hey guys, this is a long shot but my girl is dying to know the name of a movie that she saw a little bit ago. She doesn’t know the name of it though, just this brief (and pretty bad) description of it

“it was bout a girl that moves into a fat guys house during the war and she makes this older guy promise not to rent out any other room but he goes and rents it to this young amry guy and they keep missing eachother then they finally run into eachother and shes all ad and bottom lne they fall in love and its just really cheessy but i love it but i cnat ind it im so mad”

She believes it is from the 40s, it’s a romance, and that’s all she’d tell me about it. I’d love to surprise her with it…ok she just this minute sent me this somewhat more detialed description…
