Monday, July 12 2010: On vacation in the Outer Banks. The only gym near here is in a spa…this should be a fun week.

Retarded Squats - These are advanced squats for meatheads out of their element. Since the spa gym has no rack but does have a barbell, I went from power clean to bradford press to squat. For my last couple sets, my friend held one end of the barbell up while I crawled under and went up from there.
