Screw Terrell Owens

Green Bay. Not that we’d want him, but we need all the help we can get.

best receiver in the game.

just saying.

the eagles act like they didn’t expect this from him, and shouldn’t have picked him up if they weren’t ready to deal with it.

he was also the only eagle to play in the super bowl. after being told he wouldn’t play anymore last season.

and yes, he’s a prick, but one of the few pricks in sports who backs it up on the field. until he commmits a bigger crime than flapping his gums, I back him.
It’s not that he’s just a prick, he also causes unrest in the locker room which leads to a team without chemistry.

Haha maybe he will get picked up by an arena league.
Hey, my friend works for the Arena League. John Bon Jovi owns a team. JOHN BON JOVI!!

It’s not a good thing for my Eagles. But Reid still made the right decision. It had to be done.

I don’t think anyone can argue T.O.'s talent, but what a piece of shit!!!

I AM pleasantly surprised that the Eagles are taking a stand and doing the right thing. Unfortunately, some owner out there will sign him to a big contract next year, so he’ll never have to learn his lesson. More players and young kids will emulate him. More fans will be turned off to pro sports. etc, etc. It is a currently running vicious cycle.

I actually don’t think anyone will sign him. I think and hope this was his last chance.

Art Monk was one of the best in history but he had humility and respect for the game. T.O. is just another case where a big mouth and huge ego can ruin a career…Think Mike Tyson.

I also think of Neon Deion who was an amazing talent and he let everyone know it, which was fine because he knew what the boundaries were. There’s rules in football and you never talk bad about your quarterback or your coaches. Period.

The bad thing is I’ve heard more than one commentator who’ve said that Denver might take him since we’ll need good WR’s soon and Mike Shannahan takes risks on people.

This is what happens when you mess with the Cowboys’ home field. God does not take kindly to idiots like Owens showing such disrespect to his team.

I hope that mouthy piece of crap never plays another down in the NFL. Maybe Canada could use an egotistical ass.

I am glad the above brought up Deion Sanders. It brings an interesting point;
Sanders was as outspoken as any in the league. He danced, he jived, he talked, he put out a rap album and he dressed flashy. He had talked a big game, and backed it up.

A big difference though, is Sanders was respectful. He talked himself up, not others down. He is an outspoken Christian. He gave thanks and credit where it was due.
My point is, you can be cocky and what some may call a loudmouth without being an ass.

I’ve often wished he’d OD on Crack.

That’s why I love my Steve Smith, go Panthers!

crying becuase the Eagles didn’t show “class” by addressing his 100th career td reception…
gee and he’s only HALF WAY to Rice’s record…
but not to toally bash TO…i’d be upset too and demand more money to pay my ferrari insurance, beach house insurance, speed boat insurance…

I like how he cryed because his teammates didn’t give up all hope before the playoffs and say, “There is no way we can win without him. We’re screwed. We shouldn’t even bother to play the games.”

HOW BOUT THEM PANTHER CHEERLEADERS! WOOO!

I am thinking about this again. He may get picked up but not for any lengthy contracts. If he gets more then a 2 year deal from anywhere i would be crap my pants suprised.

Yea buddy. How bout them cheerleaders? I say give them a prize.

Who calls the cops when two hot broads are having sex in the bathroom? I’d call a camera crew.

And I don’t know if anyone will touch TO now. I was listening to Dick Vermeil on ESPN radio, and he was saying that most coaches always have a couple guys like this, and that they put alot of effort into straightening these fellas out (remember, 53 guys on a team, there has to be at least one or two disagreeable ones). Vermeil mentioned that one guy like TO can upset the balance of any locker room.

And by the way, that sonofabitch is losing $205,000 every Sunday that he is suspended!! Fuck’im.

These were my feelings exactly. It would be funny to watch someone who always acts like they need to follow rules sit out like a 3yr old in time out , even if it is only for a season. And yet, high profile players get more attn than low profile players, so time will tell.

Someone who wants a hundred yards and a td every game.

ima huge eagles fan ! born in philly , thru the good and bad. ok , so T.O. is a premire reciever , great at what he does . now an example …if you have cancer , what do you do ? you cut it out so the body can survive and flourish ! GO BIRDS !!

best receiver in the game?! the fuck?! ever heard of steve smith, chad johnson, marvin harrison?

Indy 19-0. you heard it here first and ive been saying it for months.

Philly’s not even gonna make it to the playoffs.

Philly doesn’t need T.O. Mcnabb was putting up pro bowl numbers without him. And philly will make the playoffs but probably not the superbowl. And they fault of my eagles this year had been the bad play of the defense. Not the offense. They pass so much cause they’re alwasy playing cathcup. once the defense fixes its holes then the eagles will go back to being a superbowl team.

wow, i just had an ephifany, what if the league set this up, as a way of letting him self destruct, like they knew he would. I don’t buy into the idea that you can’t stop him. But you can give him reasons to shoot off his mouth, like you knew he would. It’s a long shot but maybe…,just maybe…for the benefit of the league…,to raise interest, speculation, and most of money, freakin, money.

holla if ya hear me.
