So in Shefflerās case a pro-golfer was on his way to a pro-golf tournament where routine is to let golfers through the traffic lines, an on duty officer waved him through, then an off duty (and if I remember correctly out of uniform) officer tried to tackle his car and arrested him for assault.
In this case a law appears to have been broken (seatbelt) and the driver resisted on all accounts. I saw an appropriate escalation of force commensurate to resistance as the police controlled the scene, especially considering he kept rolling the window up. They actually showed pretty good restraint imo, Iām sure the cop from Virginia who shot the woman over a pot of boiling water he told her to grab wouldāve been dumping his magazine when he lost sight of the interior.

It was speeding, including through a construction zone. They wouldnāt have seen the seatbelt violation until after he was pulled over because of the tinted windows.

Unfortunately for the race baiters they have some issues to overcome. One, the cops wouldnāt have known his race until after they pulled him over, Two, the cop was clearly Latino. Three, given the copās accent, he is probably an immigrant.

It wonāt matter. There are two dialogues at play in these scenarios, both are 100% right in their heads and the middle will be marginalized to āthe other sideā by each side.
I personally donāt see anything the police did wrong in this scenario, and to the broader āblue lineā picture I donāt see anything being swept under the rug either.

I know the moron was talking about suing but I donāt think that video does him any favors. When you add to that him joking about what happened during the game, it makes it hard to claim trauma.
