Although I have less pain it feels like something is out of place in my inner elbow. Like my tendon is moving or something. Treating it everyday but its annoying that it is still here.

more deloading nothing special just getting ready to really ramp up the poundage these next few weeks

extra ab work today because my core sucks and is probably going to hold me back. elbow is still a little jacked but getting better each day.

Basically I have 2 heavy workouts left. I am going to do doubles with bench today and singles next week. This has pretty much been an abbreviated training cycle so I dont expect miracles. Here are my planned openers and goals now that I am close.

Squat 450
Bench 297
Deadlift 500

Squat goal is 500 and I dont want to settle for less. Bench goal is depending on my elbow. I am going to do 310 for a paused double today and access. But I would like 325ish. Deadlift is kind of up in the air 520-550 would be fine. I definatly have not had a great deadlift training cycle but I will grip it and rip it.

The closer I get to 1400 the happier I will be.

Dont get bummed out…I missed most of my big lifts in the couple weeks leading up to my meet, and ended up setting a 40 pound meet PR. That’s why its called a fucking prep/taper. You beat yourself up, make sure the wheels dont fall off (but close to it), rest and eat, and then SFW…you will be fine

Also, sweet stache…definitely worthy of Americas Most Wanted. I did Movember for the past 2 yeras but bailed out this year because mine just looks so terrible it really can’t do anything positive for the movement.

did 2 board because I feel 3 board is not my sticking point. And as I realized 2 board is definatly where I am having trouble. It doesnt make much of a difference at this point but if I can get my bench to 3 board height I will get it. so I will be working this with a pause.
