Full Body Forever

The average weight trainer is still on some sort of “body part split.” Body part splits appeared at the same time as drug use increased in bodybuilding. A drug-free guy with a job and any kind of life outside the gym will make better progress long term using full body routines or movement pattern splits.

'Nuff said.

I remember picking up the book in a shop to have a read in the early 90’s and in an untrained state pre weights was having a job holding it, it was getting heavy after reading it for about 5 mins. It was fuckin expensive and since come right down in price and revised of course. Now I can pick it up and stand reading it for hours, with only one hand, its been a useful workout aid for building biceps in itself…
