SB's Upcoming Blast

Watching alot of the older pro bodybuilders they all talk of flat benching being the cause of most pec tears. Incline is safer. Or machines. That’s why nowadays you don’t hear of too many pros having pec tears.

Was able to hit a small arm session, first session since the tear. Vascularity is way up, I’m leaner but still the same weight. Will be hitting legs and back hard for another week before starting light chest work. Chest has seemed to found new growth while being rested. Happy with results so far.

Man you look incredible dude! Goalzzzz

Do you happen to have a pic of you when you started? Like before you got jacked as hell? Would love to see where you started from. We have similar body types although compared to you I look like the guy who holds your water bottle.

@Singhbuilder do you know how to bench in a powerlifting style?

If you arch your back, you can get your upper body close to perpendicular to the bench. That changes the direction of loads, making it safer.

Haha too kind! I may have some pictures of when I was natty but would be hard to find some from before I started lifting. To be fair, I could say the start of AAS was my starting point, before that was just messing around. I will try dig up an old pic.

I have looked into this, however wouldn’t this be more for strength gains and not optimal for chest activation?

So heres 3 pictures, 1 when i started lifting and the other after my first cut as a natty. Probably weighing around 150ish lbs. The third is from my most recent cut, around 180lbs. As you can see, probably not the best frame to start with. @dextermorgan

I’m not sure. I suspect that if you’re shifting more weight, you’ll be getting more chest activation overall.

Good progress in the pictures above!

Sorry for the lack of better pics but thought I’d update this.

Weight is still the same, but getting leaner pretty much every day and im not even dieting or doing cardio yet. Looking full aswell, delts are capping off and showing vascularity. Traps have grown as has chest. So far so good. Pec tear also on the mend.

I’m contemplating GHRP (Ipamorelin) as I have the ability to acquire a legitimate script with monitoring… not sure though (Ipamorelin is unique amongst GHRP peotides in that it doesn’t stimulate the release of ACTH), so no irritating effect regarding cortisol increase, which is counterintuitive regarding gainzz

BUT, the product was removed from clinical trials over a lack of efficiency… so floop

I ran a blend of Ipamorelin and ModGRF for a few months. Not sure if I could pin point anything significant. I know @jackolee seemed to do well on it. Once I got on HGH, nothing ever came close to matching it.

I’m 18, so I’m not using hgh now… seems excessive and unwarranted regardless of how sick the results would be (also cardiac risk from Supratherapeutic doses of GH + AAS…) I’ve gotten my GH/igf-1 tested, not great… so a little boost say to the upper levels of normality would be appreciated, but I’m not willing to use GH with or without a docs prescription, when I turn 35 it’ll be a different story (if I’m alive, probably will be)

The prospect of pituitary down regulation regarding my own unsupplemented GH pukse at night stemming from chronic use of GHRP is a concerning prospect though. I know mk677 in particular may induce harmful, potentially long standing neurological side effects regarding emotional regulation, fight/flight response and overall anxiety, so mk677 is out

Agreed. Wait until you’re an old man like me! LOL At my age, everything is naturally diminished so its ok to supplement.

the amount of mass on your frame is very impressive, once you’re shredded you will look freaky! glad to hear the pec is getting better too.

I agree, its a combination of the GH and the Tren. I like GH, however I’m pulsing it instead of using it continuously to mimic its release pattern during puberty. My goal is hyperplasia more than fat loss. So I will still use the usual 25-30iu in a week but it will be higher doses daily, EOD, E3D, just randomly spaced apart.

This method of use has prevented any water retention, I do feel lethargic however but that’s something I can deal with.

Haha thank you brother! I don’t take any credit for my traps, I may do a set of shrugs once every 6 months but thats about it.

Thank you! Yes the pec I would say is 80% recovered, I did some incline smith machine presses yesterday and it felt OK, I wont be doing any heavy weights on it at all, if ever again. I can’t wait to start the cut next week, the fat seems to be shifting already and my weight is holding so I’m happy with that.

just read through this thread… good stuff. Best of luck with the rest of your contest prep. I’ve got the itch too and will plan on competing next spring in May. Gotta get through ACL repair first though. What do you think your stage weight goal will be? I’m much lighter than you and think my stage weight last go round was more like 157-8. Gotta up my self game!!! Here’s where I landed right before competition
