So standard UK TRT (Nebido) would have a nurse doing 4ml straight into a glute. Im guessing they arent pushing the limits, so possibly room for more there?

I’ve done 2ml in my delts no issue. So I’d up the delt shot.

I only do 1ml currently in delts but I’d genuinely rather go to 2ml in my delts than in my glutes, hate the pip I get in my glutes. not had any issues with delts.

Interesting. I could try 4ml into glutes, its just the 5ml syringes are so thick I would be so shaky trying to push the oil through even though I’m using 21g needles.

This probably would be most comfortable for me since my delts do carry a fair amount of mass.

Just to be clear, I’m just syaing thats what they do, not that its good lol. The idea of that is pretty terrifying and Im not squeemish. But that’s what they explained the protocol would be.

Iv pumped 5ml into glutes no issues iv also put 3 ml into glutes then another 3 into ventral glute. I personally don’t like more then a ML in my delts and I don’t pin quads.

And this is multiple compounds though right? This isnt just 6 ml of Test e?

I agree prolly a reason syringes come in 3ml packages…
I’ve done 3 in butt, 3 in leg
2ml tops in shoulders…
Also depends what it is test prop I only pin butt & shoulder never more than 2ml tops & that’s pushing it…unless u enjoy pain

Multiple compounds. Usually less then a ML of test in my syringe.

Never had pip either. Except slight pip in ventral when using injectable superdrol

Is such high protein intake correlated with a higher level of size? I find I progress just fine on 100-150g/day (in terms of protein intake)

Carbs are probably closer to 2-300g/day, I prefer to eat sliiightly above calculated maintenance as the gains come slow and steady without any significant increase in bf%, as a matter of fact I believe my bf% has decreased slightly over the past few weeks whilst I’m gaining size (visibly and via measurements)

I’ve eaten retarded amounts before in attempt to bulk, all I notice is that I get fat quickly… yes, muscle mass is accrued somewhat faster, but the associated deleterious effect in relation to aesthetic dimensions is seriously discouraging

I can juuuusssstttt as my abs when relaxed, I like this level of lean over being ripped or bulky, I feel it’s the perfect sustainable medium

Not necessarily correlated with size, insofar as the research doesn’t look at intake compared to eventual total mass, but there is a fair amount of research on protein intake and it all seems to show that more protein equates to more hypertrophy for a given period of training, and better recovery, with a top end limit, as youd expect, at between 1.8-2g per kilo of bodyweight, with another study showing the cut-off at 2.2g per kilo of lean mass. All pretty consistent and by no means suggests that you cant make perfectly fine progress on less, but my mindset is why leave gains on the table when you’ve worked that hard for them? Feels like the downside from too much protein is a lot smaller than the downside from too little.

I think I’m going to pump 2ml into delts and try getting a 4ml small syringe for the glutes. I fking hate quad injections but at the moment I have no choice, injecting shit loads of oil weekly.

Could never see myself injecting so much test. I think I’m going to drop down to 200mg so thats 0.8ml a week.

What’s your cycle again with dosages?

Currently it is:

800mg EQ
200mg Mast
300mg Test
100mg Adrol
20mg Dbol

Was thinking to drop the Adrol and decrease the test to 200mg and add in NPP at 500mg. @weightliftingwithoutlimits

Why the Mast at 200mg? Is it a volume issue or do you feel 200 mg per week is enough for Mast? Just curious as I see most saying 400 mg a week is the minimum

I don’t really need any more, I never actually FEEL mast or know what its doing, its just always in there. @alldayeveryday

I ran 200 mg a week and I didnt notice it either.

When I go higher, I notice tightness in my muscles. Like I have to stretch constantly to feel OK. I’ll probably see its effects more when I cut. @alldayeveryday
