He is not small at all but his tri’s do look a little weird down by his elbow in that pic? Bad angle or something… they just dont seem to match the rest of him in that pic but its probably just a weird angle/movement or something cause he’s a monster.

He’s 6’6". Bodybuilding doesn’t even have anyone in it that tall who is anywhere near that size or that filled out…and he is only around 330lbs to my knowledge when most would expect him to have to weigh damn near 350 or more to look like that.
Part of the reason he can pull off weighing less yet look filled out is the shape of his muscle bellies. He has very round shoulders and big traps which make him look even bigger than he really is.
That is a perfect look for movies even though on a bodybuilding stage, this is the very reason shorter lifters usually dominate.
The only guys we have anywhere near that tall are Toney Freeman and Cedric McMillan and neither one of them is over 6’2".
It looks like he has high tricep insertions.
