Got through this without aggravating the leg, but pulled something in my back somehow. I don’t know how, these weights are nowhere near maximum effort.

Bulgarian Split Squat

Seated Leg Curls

Managed to finish the workout. This is a general prep week, not too important. I may have to skip the rest of it due to the back. Can barely walk today what with the back spasms.

Thanks all. It’s quite a bit better. I should be able to bench tonight.

The riskiest thing I will do tonight is walk to the gym. 10 minutes outside will frostbite your unprotected face.

Both the leg and the back behaved themselves. Leg is still twingy near full depth, but I should be able to work further into it over time.

Elbow sleeves recommended when performing these. Or at least a towel wrapped around the bar.

I hear real men don’t need them, though.
