I don’t jump completely over, I just touch the box top with my jumping foot as I land on the other

Low box rebounds

Jump on the box, jump off the box and try to bounce back up. Who knew this required a minimal amount of skill. I actually missed a couple of times.

Pullups

Not bad for not having done any for 2 months

Standing Calves

EZ Bar French Press

I was restless tonight, so I figured I would try to encourage some springiness in my limbs. And I’ve been pining for pullups. My program has minimal pulling in it. Don’t know if this will be a regular thing…

Holy smokes felt strong tonight.

I learned to read suddenly and discovered I’ve been half-dosing my creatine. Where I should have been using 2 tbsp I’ve been using 1, because I didn’t look the the measuring spoon closely enough and have been using the 1/2 tbsp measurer. Might have made the difference tonight since I dosed correctly..

Raining PR’s in here… :cloud_with_rain: :flexed_biceps: Glad you got the creatine figured out. Mine just comes with a scoop and says one full scoop is 5 grams (I’m pretty sure at least). So that’s what I take each day.

I have been taking it every day and I’ve noticed nothing from it.

After my discovery that I was under-dosing last night, I’m hoping the professed cognitive gains and energy reserves will manifest soon.
