Got something going on in the plantar fascia of my left foot; itās a little tweaky. I felt it give a little last session on the calf presses. Think Iāll skip calves today.
That would sure make deadlifts exciting.
Lol. It does help with foot pain, and help stretch yo calves l8ke a rubber band.

5 count negative on a press is awesome!
Iām hoping it will help to maintain my strict press, since Iām not doing any currently. I do strict for warmup to push pressing. I pressed a pretty easy strict 150x3 the set before doing push presses, so it might be working.
Friends over for dinner tonight, a rare treat, so no training even though its a Friday.

On the singles I added a half rep at the top, but thatās so easy that I donāt think it makes a difference. Bottom half-rep is where the strain is.

Very considerate of you.
The hardest part of this program for me is the creeping incrementalism of it.
I get bored easily, which is why I tried to make all the movements harder.
But thatās getting boring, too.
The beginning stages always have me pining for more volume.
My wheels have shrunk, bro.
Muh wheels.
The upside is the steady progression. I just need to keep my temperment in check. This is a long-game plan.

Not bad for just 2 hours of sleep.
Took all the tempo work out yesterday and boosted the weight. Everything moved fast. I thought I would be really sore today, particularly my back, but Iām feeling good. May do same for Workout B, except for DL, although if that moves well I might kick it up a bit.
