I appreciate the encouragement Shane, though I consider a strong farmers walk to begin at about 2 1/4 times bodyweight.
That’s what I’m shooting for, ultimately.
I’ve done 400 in the past, but haven’t reached my goal yet.

I just realized that I PR’d on barbell bent row, by 5lbs, 1 rep/set and 1 set, concurrently.

And that I forgot to do reverse hypers last squat session.

I’m truly addled.

Did a lot of stoop work yesterday and my low back is tired. I’ll try SSB squats but I’m prepared to fall back to a variation (probably Hatfields) if the back is too tired for those.

I noticed last night that I actually have pecs now. Little ones, but they show up now, if I stand up straight, rather than being a dpression between my shoulders.

Elbow tendinitis is much better.
