Big time deadlifts!
Started doing some knees-over-toes exercises to see if that reduces some of this knee pain.
Need to jump on the bad-girl machine and encourage this right hip to do its danged stabilization job, too and balance out the whatever causes this stretchy pain down the inside of my right leg up to my groin.

Spoiler - J.F. Caron won with a 966lb squat. It was fast and only his 2nd attempt.
Caron took 3 attempts. He couldāve gone over 1000lbs if necessary, for sure.
But his right shoulder is still dinged up from the Rogue Invitational, so heās going to be bad at the log too I think.
Itās betwwen Licis and Novikov. Kearney is leading, but heās terrible at the frame carry, couldnāt even pick it up off the ground last year.
My bad. Youāre right. Split attention.
