Going to switch lower accessories in for deadlift day and do deadlift day later. Still got a pretty good knot on the back of the left hip. It let me know it was there during pendlay rows. Accessories are lighter and I can probably handle them better than a near-max deadlift.

Workouts like this make me question why I even bothered.

Iām not going to do the testing week. My regular workouts have given enough indication that Iāve gotten stronger and thatās enough for me. Iām going directly into the next mesocycle.
Iām dumping the RiR/RPE strategy. I can gauge improvement/progression better with straight sets and reps. Just a preference, as using RiR/RPE worked pretty well over the last two mesos.
Iām also going to make every micro fit within a week.
