Looks like that extra squat day last micro cost me a bit: Got some pain that’s like sciatica on the left side, though not as severe being as its localized to the back of the hip.
Might have to back off a bit for a micro…We’ll see how it is tomorrow.

My Dad was dead at my age and was having trouble getting around the golf course a few years before that.
I can squat nearly two times body weight, jump to a platform more than half my height, press the weight of a grown man over my head and get out of a chair without using my arms.
I’m doing alright, physically, I guess.

Really hate adding sets.
HATE it.
I will finish out the 3rd meso with the current strategy, but then I’m going back to blocks using three sets starting at 8 reps and increasing weight only. That worked really well.
Because I HATE this.

This low back thing has held on all week. Still having to bend over carefully.
Temper is worsening since I’m not training, so I’m starting to consider workarounds.

Might be worth a visit to the chiropractor. I know they have helped me when I had back pain. Could be something simple.
