Might be dehydrated. Kind of like when you stand up to fast. I think I read somewhere that is a dehydration issue. Of course, “I think” is a key part of that sentence. LoL.
Very likely that was the case. I was hydrating as I went, but I probably started too late.

Did something to my left wrist on the OHP. Unable to curl with it.

Sounds like the biceps are good without a session or 2 of curls.

I’ve found that the “elbows up” cue on front squats doesn’t work for me.
What works better me is “Chest up, back tight”. That makes my elbows come up and makes me braced from hips to clavicles.
Your mileage may vary.
Biceps are still sore from the 24th. That’s a weight I’m used to so I guess I really got the mind/muscle connection on the curls.

Impressive to be sore from bicep workout 3 days later. Like you said, you must have smoked them.
I can appreciate you sticking to front squats. I hate them, so I don’t do them. LoL.
