Nice Deads. Lots of volume there. I like those good girl/bad girl hip machines for warming up the hips and adductors and abductors before squats.

I did some banded sideways crouch walks before deads. Maybe not enough.

Doing alright, thanks. I’ve got some out-of-gym things to get lined up if I’m going to hit my long-term targets. Getting those handled should keep the vehicle working well enough to get there. I’ve concluded that I don’t have as much room to ignore them as when I was young.
